Podcast Collective × Kisaco Research
Prepared 20 August 2026
A media program built around the room you're building.
Five audiences. The right speakers on the right shows. Content your team can keep using.
Building on what worked last year, this is how we expand the partnership for the CHFS you are building in 2027.

01 — What changes in 2027
CHFS is widening the room. The media plan needs to widen with it.
Last year, the partnership was largely fitness-led. For 2027, CHFS is building relevance across five distinct audiences. Our job is to make sure the right CHFS voices reach each one before the event.
01
Gyms & boutique fitness
Operators, founders and CEOs
02
Hotels, spas & hospitality
Wellness-led guest experience
03
Longevity clinics
Clinicians, operators and health science
04
Elite sport & performance
Pro teams and performance staff
05
Residential wellness
Developers and wellness real estate
The opportunity is not to put CHFS on more podcasts. It is to put the right CHFS voices in front of each audience the event wants in the room.
02 — Coverage map
Where we can credibly reach each CHFS audience.
This is the map we will use together to decide where each speaker can have the most impact. We concentrate the program where our reach is strongest, use adjacent audiences selectively, and do not force media where the fit is not there yet.
Audience first. Speaker second. Show third.
Gyms & boutique fitness
DIRECT
Owned: Future of Fitness
Partner: Fitness operator and founder podcasts
Future of Fitness is built on this audience. Operators, founders and CEOs. This is where our owned reach and partner relationships are deepest.
Longevity clinics
STRONG
Owned: Future of Fitness + The DNA of Things (subject to host availability)
Partner: Health-science and clinician-led podcasts
A direct fit across Future of Fitness and our broader health-science network, with access to clinic operators, practitioners and the audiences shaping longevity.
Elite sport & performance
STRONG
Owned: Future of Fitness
Partner: Performance and sports-science creator network
A strong network of performance and sports-science creators, well suited to the caliber of speakers Kisaco flagged from the Rams, Lakers and Astros.
Hotels, spas & hospitality
ADJACENT
Owned: Future of Fitness (wellness crossover)
Partner: Wellness and guest-experience podcasts
Hospitality is reached most credibly through adjacent fitness, wellness and longevity audiences rather than treated as a standalone media vertical. We recommend using that overlap selectively.
Residential wellness
MONITOR
Owned: No current recommendation
Partner: Monitor for qualified opportunities
We map this audience and pursue only opportunities with clear media fit. Until then, we keep investment concentrated where Podcast Collective has credible reach.
Before outreach begins, we deliver a matched five-audience media map showing where Podcast Collective-owned media fits, the partner-media routes we recommend, and the strongest opportunities by audience. That gives Kisaco the information needed to choose speakers against real media fit before pitching begins.
03 — The 2027 media plan
The recommended media mix.
Seven CHFS speaker conversations across owned and partner media, supported by four months of Future of Fitness sponsorship.
3 owned CHFS speaker conversations
Podcast Collective-owned interviews, placed where our audiences have the strongest fit.
4 partner-media placements meeting the agreed audience standard
Speaker opportunities across relevant third-party shows, directed toward the audiences where outside media adds the most incremental reach and credibility.
Up to 10 speakers in the outreach pool
So we can pitch the strongest person for each audience rather than forcing one spokesperson across every appearance.
Future of Fitness sponsorship
Four months of the CHFS campaign message running through the event window, November to February, including the produced 60-second read and newsletter banner.
The three owned conversations anchor the program because they create reusable campaign assets. Partner placements extend the strategy into audiences where outside media adds reach and credibility.
04 — Why we keep part of the program owned
Content the marketing team can actually use.
The partner placements extend CHFS into new audiences. The owned conversations give your team something different: content you can keep using across the campaign.
Perpetual paid-media rights
Across Podcast Collective-owned content, so the campaign can keep running long after the episode publishes.
Campaign-ready content access
Kisaco receives the owned-media assets and formats needed to activate the content across its campaign.
Ad-ready cutdowns
From three selected owned episodes, edited for campaign use.
Built for LinkedIn and Google amplification
Formats and lengths that fit where your paid budget already works.
Paid-media rights apply to Podcast Collective-owned content. Rights to third-party media remain subject to the individual publisher.
05 — How we'll work together
You choose the voices. We handle the media work around them.
Your team
- Shares campaign assets
- Identifies priority speakers
- Approves messaging
- Approves the 60-second sponsor script
Our team
- Builds the audience and media map
- Develops each speaker angle
- Writes and manages the pitches
- Handles booking and coordination
- Tracks publication
- Reports back
- Prepares the reusable owned-media assets
We regroup two weeks after kickoff, then work together monthly through CHFS so nothing gets compressed into the final few weeks.
06 — The 2027 partnership
A structure that works for both sides.
2027 media program value
$44,750
Kisaco 2027 investment
$10,000
CHFS partnership contribution
$34,750
Like last year, we are structuring the partnership around both the media work we deliver and the strategic value CHFS creates for Podcast Collective. For 2027, Kisaco's investment is $10,000, with the remaining program value exchanged through an agreed CHFS partnership package.

What matters most to us in the CHFS partnership
The partnership contribution is built from benefits that are valuable to Podcast Collective and practical for Kisaco to provide.
- Early delegate access across the five CHFS audiences
- Sole podcast and media partner status
- Meaningful program participation for Eric
- Year-round access to relevant CHFS speakers
- Event passes for participating media creators
- Priority Media Lounge space
- Additional relationship and event access agreed together
We will shape the final package together and agree the value before signing.
07 — The onsite vision
How we can bring the onsite vision to life.
The media lounge conversation opened up something bigger: a connected environment where the right creators are in the room, conversations happen naturally, and the content keeps moving after the event.
The way to make the vision real
Media Partner Program
$7,500
Recruit, brief, credential, schedule and manage 4 to 6 independent podcasters onsite, including Media Lounge coordination and agreed content-rights clearance for Kisaco.
We can also scope a turnkey creator setup with microphones, branded backdrop and onsite production support if that becomes part of the vision.
Onsite content capture
$4,500
Eric records 3 to 4 focused interviews at the event, edited and delivered afterwards.
Post-event content package
$3,500
A CHFS recap episode, clip library and written recap distributed to the Future of Fitness audience.
Each of these sits outside the core program and is priced separately, so you add only what you want onsite.
08 — From here
What happens next.
This week
Alice shares the promo assets, copy and guest-invite kit. Together, we finalize the five-audience media map and initial media routes so Reka can begin matching speakers to opportunities.
Within two weeks
We finalize the 2027 partnership structure and CHFS partnership package, get the agreement in place and begin outreach.
Then monthly
We stay on a standing working cadence through CHFS, with placement tracking and reporting along the way.
From here, the job is simple: lock the media map, match the strongest CHFS voices to the right opportunities, and start building the conversation before February.
By the time CHFS opens in Los Angeles, the people you want in the room should already be hearing from the people they are coming to meet.
